Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Delivery Phases
Processing Time: This stage includes order verification, item preparation, and other steps before shipment. Processing times vary depending on your location and our efficiency. Shipping Time: Shipping begins after processing and is determined by the shipping method chosen and your delivery address. Please note that our cutoff time for orders is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
During peak seasons and promotional events, delivery times may be extended.
We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The estimated delivery time is a combination of both processing and shipping periods.

Tracking Your Package
- After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Track your order directly on our website.
- Some carriers may require 5-7 business days to update tracking information. If there are no updates after 10 business days, contact [email protected].
Shipping Delays
If your package isn’t delivered within 45 calendar days, please contact [email protected] for a full refund. If there are any unexpected delays, please reach out to us—we typically respond within 12 hours.
Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, first thoroughly check your delivery area. Then, contact the carrier to report the issue. If you still require help, please email us at [email protected].
Incorrect Addresses
Delivery cannot be guaranteed if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout and notify us immediately at [email protected] if there’s an error.
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. Bibocraft is not liable for these fees if: 1) The package is rejected by the recipient, or 2) Delivery fails after multiple attempts. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without providing a guaranteed refund.
