Order Changes & Exchanges

Please double-check your order details, such as size, design, and quantity, before confirming. Due to our rapid order processing, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections, including item type, size, design, or address.

However, if you catch an error within 6 hours of placing your order, you can cancel and reorder with the correct details. If you have any concerns before ordering, feel free to contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Canceling Orders

You have a 6-hour window to cancel your order. If you request cancellation after this period, your order may already be in the processing or shipping stages.

A 10% cancellation fee will apply. To cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Return Window

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. After this time, all orders will be considered final, and refunds will no longer be available.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

  • The item arrived damaged or faulty
  • The design differs from what you ordered
  • The size or material is incorrect
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product does not match the description

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Defects must result from our error
  • Original tags must remain intact
  • Minor issues like stray threads are not considered defects

  • Shipping label or receipt
  • Proof of purchase
  • Evidence of defects
  • Related email communications

Return and Refund Process

  • Submit your refund request and supporting documents to [email protected].
  • Our Customer Service team will review your request within 2-3 business days. Make sure your email notifications are turned on.
  • We will provide return instructions specific to your case.
  • Note: Refunds require confirmation that the return is eligible.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. These will not be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed. You will be notified via email when the package is received, and we will promptly issue a full refund, including any original shipping costs.

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for refunds to process.
  • Refunds may take 10-15 days to reflect, depending on your card provider.

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from delivery. After this period, orders are deemed final, and no refunds will be given.
  • Items are eligible for return/exchange only within the 30-day period. There are no extra fees for returns, except for return shipping costs which are paid by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping or those made without proper communication.
